For our community of Japanese and Japanese-American women, in fact for all API women and women everywhere in society – being held back or blocked from leadership positions and career advancement is a sad and stinging reality.

Join JASO's Women's Leadership Council and our special guests; former General Manager of Shell Energy Japan Aya Kameda, and former President of Tiffany Japan Miyoko Demay. These leaders have flown in from Tokyo and New York respectively, specifically for this in-depth conversation on challenges, pathways, solutions and perspectives for women seeking their own career paths today. We look to learn from their struggles and successes on their life journeys, as we consider how their guidance can help each of us on our own. Read our guests' resumes HERE.

This event is open to women and men of all heritages, who will learn by attending and listening to our guests' lived experiences, and asking questions during our open Q&A session.

Our program takes place at the Sentinel in downtown Portland on Friday March 15th from 11:30am to 1:30pm. JASO members $35, non-members $50, includes full lunch with choice of chicken/vegetarian meal. Table of 6 sponsorships available from $500. For complete sponsor benefits, read HERE.
