Join JASO Next for a tour and demonstration at Seisuke Knife, a local company specializing in high quality Japanese kitchen knives. This approximately one hour event will include a brief tour of the shop, an introduction to Japanese knives, and a demonstration of culinary cutting technique and knife sharpening. Group size is limited so if you have an interest in learning more about Japanese culinary knives, be sure to register early!

The event is free to attend, and attendees will be given a five percent discount on any products purchased in store. Following the event, we will plan to eat lunch together nearby within walking distance.

The event is open for any JASO member to join. JASO NEXT is JASO's dedicated group for Young Professionals aged 21-35.
