Come and join us for a new twist on our Japanese Movie Nights, with our new Virtual Netflix Party!
As we learn how to connect in these challenging times, our Cultural Committee has created a way for us to watch movies and shows together online, and hang out together before and (mainly) afterwards!
Please join us for our first Virtual Netflix Party on
Friday, June 12th, show starts promptly at 8pm
To join us successfully, you must have (1) your own Netflix account, (2) a way to join us on Zoom (PC, laptop, phone, etc).
Once you register, we’ll send you the detailed instructions on how to set your devices up for the evening.
The evening is free of charge, and we’re limiting it to just 50 people, so sign up quickly!
For our first get together, we’ll be watching a Japanese show with English subtitles called Midnight Diner, Tokyo Stories, which runs for about 25 minutes.
Full evening program:
7pm – Zoom Room opens for those still needing technical help to get set up; drop in any time from 7.
7:30pm – Zoom Room open for all registrants
8pm – Show starts
8:30pm – Show ends, Zoom room networking starts
9:15pm – Event closes
Be sure to bring snacks and beverages of your choice!
緊急事態宣言を受け、さらにテレワークが進んでいる中、コミュニケーションの方法が大きく変化しています。そんな中、交流を促すために、JASOはさまざまな施策を行ない、新しい試みではありますが、皆さんと楽しく交流のできる時間を過ごすため、文化委員主催「Netflix Party」を開催します。
日時 6月12日、金曜日、午後8時からスタート
参加者は50名までとなりますので、お早めにお申し込みください。参加費無料。
このイベントに参加する上で必要なものは、皆さんがNetflixアカウントを持ち(PC、ラップトップ、iPhoneなど)、Zoomのアクセスが必要となります。お申込みいただけますと、Netflix Partyの準備について詳細をメールよりお知らせいたします。映画は「Midnight Diner, Tokyo Stories」、25分程のショートムービーです。
皆さんと一緒にポップコーンとビールを片手に映画を見ながらのZoomチャット、映画の後はZoomで交流会をします！どこからでも気軽に参加できます！
