New Member Orientation Meeting

Please come join us at our spring New Member session on Thursday April 19 from 8:15 to 9:15 am.

You have joined us recently, either directly as an individual or corporate member, or perhaps you've been added to your organization's member list.

JASO is a volunteer-driven organization with a lot of moving parts, we'll hold around 25 events this year, and visit more than 100 schools, working continually in business, in education, and in culture. As a non-profit we are also involved in fundraising, and as a membership-based organization we also continually address services and benefits.

We want to make sure you get good value for your investment in us, so we want to do a lot of listening to your reasons for joining, and what expectations and hopes you may have.

One of the really fun things about JASO is we get to eat and drink great items while at the same time promoting our members! So, we'll have plenty of authentic Japanese breakfast bakery items from Oyatsupan, hot green tea (and traditional black tea too), and coffee from Portland Roasting Coffee (did you know they do a lot of business in Japan??).
